However, it was a bit inconvenient to walk back to the village, especially at night when the roads were dark.

I had a terribly disappointing experience at Ayder Avusor. The room was cramped and had outdated furnishings, which made my stay uncomfortable. Although the location felt isolated, I appreciated the delicious fish dinner and the breakfast served. Unfortunately, the management's aggressive response when I attempted to leave early left a sour taste and overshadowed my visit.
